Hi Roma, I think you can print the online statements, I don't think they have to be printed by the bank.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Do you get sent statements? or online one ? - online one just print them off. the sent paper ones - just send those off

A lot of banks now - just give on line statements - most places accept these without problems

Hi, we printed bank statement off on line and posted them to the IP.

glad you are ok Roma. what ginger said is very important, it would be good if your IP talked you through your parers on the telephone so you understand it all properly.

I recive me pack, and i have a problem with questions whay i take a loan etc... I need to explaine me whole family situation?

They are only asking why you have taken out your credit, they don't want your family history.

For us it was to buy new cars, go on exotic holidays, buy new clothes.

That's all you have to explain - why you took out the loans but you don't need to go too deep.

Good to have such a forum, i dont feel hopeless and I know that there are always people who will answer my questions.


I completed almost all documents. I have to just printed statments and ID :)

I thought that will be worse, and i will not understand anything but Vincent Bond do all the job I just need to sign and send my documents. :)

Hi Roma get someone to read the documents with you and make sure you are happy with them before signing.
