I'm sorry if I have offended you, I have requested your direct email address from the IVA Bureau but they have not been forth coming with it otherwise I would be contacting you directly. I am really not trying to embarrass you by contacting you on the forum, it is just that I am getting so desperate to sort this out and this was the only way I could think of getting hold of you.
