Does my second IVA carry on from the previous one ?

HI I HAVE BEEN IN 2 IVAS NOW WHEN THE SECOND ONE STARTED IS THAT ANOTHER 5 YEARS OR DOES IT CARRY ON FROM THE PREVIOUS ONE.? THANKS

not sure about that, not heard of two IVAs before, am sure someone will be along that can answer it before too long

Hi if your first IVA failed and you proposed a second one and that was accepted it would run for the full length I would imagine, i.e 60 or 72 months. I would imagine it's a totally different IVA. However, one of our IP's may be able to give a more definitive answer. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi There.

As Lesley as suggested it was be a brand new proposal so would run its full course and wouldnt simply carry on from your previous arrangement.
