Anyone has had problems with Grant Thornton after Accuma transferred the IVA cases to them? - I have received an appalling customer service and on top of it, they do not seemt o be very sure of how much I owe them still!
I was with Accuma as well and i have to say overall GT have been a massive improvement.
Having said that, I personally think that in recent months they've been struggling quite a bit. It took me 10 weeks to get an answer to a standard Income and Expense review.
It might be due to them taking on all the cases from BE recently though.
If you're having a problem with the admin staff you can always go direct to your IP.
I know they are very busy at the moment with the takeover.
I am struggling to get hold of them today though as they have cocked my first payment up. Three times I have been told somebody will ring me back and nothing as of yet.
Their customer service was brilliant prior to my proposal. Not sure what is happening to it right now though. Hopefully things will get better.
I think they are busy, I'm sure things will settle down soon and they will sort through all of their clients and get in touch with them about particular cases.

I do think, however, that they are still struggling quite a lot. It is actually a little worrying that they say they send you letter (that never arrived) and called you (no voicemails or lost calls)... The very disturbing thing is that Accuma passed my IVA with about 2 years to go and I am supposed to be finishing in November and they seem to be unsure of how longer I am still to pay. I will contact my IP now. Thanks!
Definitely contact the IP directly Carlos - he/she should be able to answer your question as to when you finish.
