Hi - there are fees for the IVA being set up and the ongoing administration of it over the 5 years but all that would be written down for you in your proposal.
I never paid anything up front and had my IVA accepted 6 weeks from my initial call. I've only just paid my first monthly payment on 30th April so all the work was done without paying anything initially. As the others say - check out www.iva.com as that is where I found the company I went with and they were great

Is there a set up fee for an IVA. I've spoken to the CCCS & sums of £500+ have been mentioned. Is this the case please ?
Hi Andy.gr and thanks for your post.
I understand that the fees regards to IVAs can be confusing.
Like all IVA companies CCCSVA does charge a Nominee and Supervisory fee which will be taken from contributions into the IVA once the arrangement is approved. These fees will be detailed in the IVA proposal.
However, CCCSVA does not charge any upfront fees to clients.
I hope this makes things clearer.
Kind regards
