Hi Tristan,

I've no idea about this, you'll have to run it past your mortgage company. Each one has different rules about fixed rates.

It won't do any harm to ask tristan at the end of the day they can only say No, just be aware if they're credit checking you everytime though as you don't want too many of them showing when you're trying to rebuild your credit rating. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

You should speak to a broker and possibly get your credit file to stop loads of searches being registered. It may be better to wait until next November if that is the six year point as you could go down the high street rather than trying now.

Tristan when did your iva start? Its on file for 6 full years so I would wait until its off the credit files before applying for a new mortgage deal. It may be worth asking your current lender informally if they thought you could get a fixed rate deal.
