Was just having some google time and money always comes to mind, so was looking for myself on the insolvency register and I don't appear to be on it. Anyone else had this happen?

If your IVA has been completed your name is removed from the register quickly afterwards. You would have a problem if it was still on there...

Then that is strange. I was looking at your profile and thought the whole thing was over but if your IVA has not been completed and you do not have certificate, then your name should still be on the register.

Unusual, but it could be due to the fact that they have had a major overhaul and there have been a lot of mistakes on there.

I wouldn't worry about it as you are so close.

I would not worry, nobody mentioned that my details would go on a register so you could just be blissfully unaware of its existance if you're not on there.

I'm on it but my address is wrong and i've never lived anywhere near where it says. In a way i'm glad that other debt companies aren't hassling me with "offers" but at the same time i don't like the idea of post with my name on going to someone else!
