Hi Badger,

I share MBNA, Barclaycard and Egg. They didn't bother to vote.

You should be fine with 20p/£. Creditors are often happy with much less. They just need to see that you have put the best deal forward.

Badger,hi, we had a full&final one off IVA accepted last month, our dividend was lower than 20p...we had Mel as our IP. our creditors included Egg& Barclaycard.

it would have been BR for us without Mel's help,if she could help us i'm sure she can help you, keep hope!

thanks for all your replies, they've been really helpful.

Stewpots - was your initial offer based on expenses within the current guidlines? Did you simply have to trim these down as they wanted more?

Of course, I will ultimately trust the judgement of my IP team but its good to hear of others similar experiences

also - when talking about a rate of return, are they generally referring the actual return after fees or is it based on the contributions?

Hi badger the dividend does,nt include the fees, apart from one phone call at work which was embarassing i had no problems with creditors ,as i contacted them with token payments and kept them updated of my situation, most of them were very understanding.

I always think of the dividend as being the return to creditors after fees have been deducted.
