Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've been on here. I've just recieved a letter for my 4th year review. It has and I&E form and asks for years payslips etc. It was an interlocking IVA which my ex partner has been paying since he left at the beginning of last year. I've been on income support since so I'm not sure what to do. Do I just fill the I&E form out and include a letter stating I'm still on income support?

Hi Kelse, I would do as you suggest and pop a letter in explaining your situation. Is you ex-partner continuing to pay the IVA for both of you? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Yes he's continued to pay it. Well the last I heard he was still paying it anyway.

Then I would think by sending an explanatory letter you'll be fine, do you think he should have the paperwork to enclose his payslips etc., or will they have sent him separate forms to complete. x

I'm assuming they would send him his own one to complete. I think they did that for the last review. The only thing that has changed for me is last review I was pregnant and since it I had the baby. Any idea if I will have to prove I've had another baby? I informed them I was pregnant at the last review.

I doubt you will have to prove anything. You could send them a picture of your little one!!!

Hi Kallis, it's been a long time - how are you?
I'll just send the I&E form back with a covering note. Hopefully that will be enough. Do you think they'll be accepting of my expenditure going up due to having the baby and obviously the costs they incur? Also since he was around 4 months he's needed blood tests every 4 weeks minimum and I have to keep travelling to take him to consultant appointments (next month I have an hour and half drive to take him for a brain scan) so my petrol costs are higher. (well that and the price of blooming petrol has rocketed)
