Hi Chardonnay, Full and Final offer is when you offer a settlement amount to conclude the IVA early. xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Unfortunately Chardonnay you can't do it with BR.

Chardonnay, if you're paying an IPA and your financial situation has changed contact the OR and ask for it to be reassessed. The last thing you need is to be worrying about payments right now x

I'm sure the OR will be sympathetic when you tell them the circumstances.

I'd certainly speak with the OR. I am sure they will be sympathetic to your position.

Send a letter with a revised I&E to the OR Chardonnay, I'm sure they will be sympathetic. xx
