when i took out my IVA i was told i could not include debts to my daughter and a friend that totalled approx £3500 i have been doing extra shifts as agency work to pay these off im just about due for my 1st review and ive stupidly not put half of the agency money away as i have been trying to pay them off as they basically saved my belonging from the baliffs and neither of them could really afford it .
will my iva fail , as i dont have the funds to pay half to my creditors that were included

I would talk with your IP and see what way forward can be found. I would personally in future send the money in each month that is due to avoid a similar situation. I can see why you did it though and wonder why your debts to your daughter and a friend couldn't be included in your IVA.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi SB - best to tell your case team in person with an explanation rather than wait until they see the cold figures. Was any advice given at the time about how to manage the family debts? The most sensible thing would be to take a pragmatic view and just tack on extra payments at the end. Let us know how goes it x

They didnt really comment on them i tried to raise the issue a couple of times during my application process but they just seemed to gloss over it and tbh i was just that grateful that somebody was giving me a way out that i probably wasn't as proactive in clarifying the situation as i should have been

Speak to your IP now and explain...am sure they will sort something but ensure you pay it as soon as you get it in the first place to avoid this happening again ! Good luck !

Am I going mad, or is this not a duplicate post from a couple of days ago?

No, Mel, unless I am joining you ..... you are not going mad --- didn't it transpire that the IP was going to re-consider ?

Edit: Found it:

Hi SB - have you had a chance to speak to someone managing your case?
