Starting an IVA with McCambridge Dufy

I am about to start an IVA with a company called McCambridge Duffy, can you please confirm that this is a reputable company to use as I am doing a lump sume payment to them & to clear the debt with a short term IVA of 6-12 months.... I need to ensure 100% that this company is going to help not make the problem worse before I hand over £9000 of my parents money!....

You have certainly chosen wisely giraffehead, just take a look on www.iva.com and you will see the good feedback they receive. I wish you luck with your offer, and do let us know how you get on

Hi and welcome to the forum. McCambridge Duffy are highly reputable and have a presence on the forum, a very good choice of company. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

McCambridge Duffy are a very reputable company and come highly recommended on the forum.

Michael Peoples posts on here on a regular basis so any questions you have you can address to him.

With them myself, been fantastic. Now in last year, everything been perfect.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.

I too am with McCD and I have found them to be highly professional and very approachable, always at the end of the phone for any queries. Good luck with your offer.

I personally cannot praise Michael "The Peeps" Peoples enough, whenever I need to just run a question by someone I know he is there to A) put my mind at rest and B) seriously look into whatever my problem may be no matter how big or small I think the problem is.....

Apart from his love for the Music of the Manilow, he is really cool [8D]
