I'm pleased that you and Mr Blue Sky have had good experiences with Max Recovery and agree that in hindsight I should have kept all the paperwork but after the six years geting rid of them was like a cleansing process. Problem was that I never had the opportunity to correspond with Max Recovery everything came from the solicitor. However, it will take a lot more to convince me that Max Recovery are innocent pawns to dishonest creditors.

Your problems actually raise the issue 'When is a debt really dead' and when I receive my completion certificate from your experience I know now to keep that safe forever.

Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.
