I will like to know if your final settlement figure being accepted by creditors, whats the maximum time you have until you transfer the funds to the IP practioneer.

Hi

When I had mine accepted I had 3 months to transfer the money. I would imagine that this is standard as I was with a large IVA company. But as with any thing else check with your own IVA company.

It depends where the money is coming from. If it is in a notice account of a relative that period would be acceptable or if it to be raised from an asset sale this would be explained in the offer.
