All I last posted a while back with regards to my IVA being at the point of failure. I am with Blair Endersby and a Loan was not included at the start. The issue has now been resolved by my IP and a variation meeting took place on Friday. B&E called me at lunch time to offer the option of an extension to my agreement this extension will mean a further 3 months worth of payments. I would like to say that B&E have really done a fantastic job in achieving this.

Great news djroyale, and a positive post for BE. All the best. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

That is great feedback for a firm who often get very adverse comment from clients on this forum. Well done to the IP and her staff on this occasion.
