Thanks everyone. Only 9 days to go till we find out. I hope it's accepted. I've been told the phonecall will be at 3.30pm so I'll let you all know the outcome.

Phoned Grant Thornton on 10th December at 4.30pm as I hadn't heard from them and the creditors meeting was supposed to be at 3.30pm that day. The man I spoke to told me it has been postponed until monday 13th December as one of the creditors needed some more info regarding our mortgage. He didn't know what was needed and the creditor was on a day off so he couldn't ask her. He apologised and said this shouldn't have happened and that someone should have phoned me during the week to ask me for the info needed [:(]

This does happen occasionally and you should not really be worried about the further slight delay.

We finally found out last night that the IVA has been accepted so we are over the moon. The only request was from Northern Rock that we pay for one extra year. The other requests from creditors didn't apply to us they were for Grant thornton asking them to reduce their fee and give it to the creditors pot which doesn't change the amount we pay. [:)]
