hello again, I would like to thank everyone in this forum and forgive me for using three user names, Patericia and tuta. I am so happy to tell you that my F&F has been accepted yesterday, without this form, I will never know there is something called F&F. the knowledge I had from you is priceless, wish you all the success and I promise you I will still visit the form as long as I live. thanks to Mel, Micheal, Kallis, and everyone who helped me.
you are absolutely right sus65, I really would like to shake hands with all the expert of this forum one by one, it did not matter what time in the day I asked for support and not get it, I felt they are my family (funny enough non of my family knew about my IVA except my x)I wish you all the best Sus in your big day
THANKS AGAIN, I AM A NEW PERSON AND I LEARNT A GOOD LESSON IN LIFE, APPRECIATION OF WHAT I HAVE - ANYTHING I CAN'T AFFORD I DO NOT WANT.
BEST WISHES TO EVERY FORM MEMBER WHO IS WAITING TO FINISH OR F & F THEIR IVA AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU SUS65

hello everyone in the forum, yesterday I received my completion certificate, my IP stated that it is not their responsiblity to notify credit reference agencies of the completion of my IVA. what do I do now, what to say to the credit agencies.
many thanks
You need to obtain a copy of your credit record from all three agencies, Experian, Equifax and Call Credit. Check to see if there are any defaults registered after the date of IVA acceptance and write to those creditors to tell them to remove the defaults. Send a copy of your completion letter.
I wouldn't worry about letting the agencies know that you have completed as the IVA will stay on your file for the full six years and then drop off.
