How do I decide?

Hi and welcome.

Take a look at www.iva.com . There you will find a list of IVA providers and reviews on each. Give 2 or 3 a call for some free advice. They should explain fully ALL options available to you and help you make a more informed decision.

The IPs that post on the forum also come very highly recommended.

Good luck

Welcome from me too, do visit the link provided by Lisa as it's a good starting point but to get impartial advice do contact 2 or 3 companies prior to making a decision. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Make sure you are comfortable with whichever company you go with. Do not feel intimidated and make sure the decision you make is the correct one for you and your family. If you have any doubt get a second or even a third opinion.

The link from Lisa is as good a place to start as any. As Lesley mentioned also, Do speak to at least two companys as they should both provide the same information as there are no "cheap rates" and/or "exclusive offers" then make the decison to use who you choose!

Yeah I wish I had found this place before my IVA and taken some advice as it would have been so much easier for me!

123debtgone,

You actually work for *company name removed* according to your profile so should not be advertising your services as such

That is fine Tillergirl. Individuals can discuss companies and say who we're with, my IP is Melanie Giles and I'm more than happy with the way my IVA is running. x

And we are going with Melanie too based on all the recommendations on here and my sisters recommendation after she met Melanie. We're still at paperwork gathering, first pack sent today YAY. But the girls have been so so lovely and so understanding. A great team

I think there are a few good ones one here from what I've seen.

It's only people who try to get free advertising who are locked out as that isn't allowed.
