IVA Debtline are well known for doing this and these fees are horrendous for something you can do yourself just for the court fees.

There are reputable bankruptcy assist firms out there who will help out for a lot less than that.

What has actually changed in your budget to make the IVA payments unaffordable? Were they set at an unrealistic level in the first place? I agree with the other forum posters about the letter you have received- you don't need to pay for those services, and if the IVA genuinely has to fail it will be far cheaper for you to simply hand the forms in to Court yourselves.
