Speak to your IP about this as they shouldn't still be chasing, but it does sometimes happen. Depends when the records are updated.

They can do nothing to you so don't worry about that side of it.

Just tell Barclaycard you are in an IVA and they should not be contacting you and then put the phone down.

As far as work is concerned, you can always fib and say that the person no longer works there.

Check to see if you are on the Insolvency Register, if you are then insist that someone checks it whilst you are on the phone.

Hi Dando
This can unfortunately happen and is mainly die to creditors not updating their systems to reflect your IVA. Its very annoying and is no excuse for creditors to still hassle you. However, bear in mind that your IVA is in place and any threats they make are worthless. If it continues for much longer (which it shouldn’t) contact your IP and let them know.

Thanks

My hubby had to almost scream at Barclaycard for them to get the message as this happened to us post IVA. They got it them, I'm not advising you to scream at them but he did lose his patience x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
