Hi all my creditors meeting is at 10 am tomorrow and i am not looking forward to it.The reason why is its the third meeting in the space of two weeks,Santander are the ones not voting and they need to vote on behalf of my wife.I also keep getting calls from tsb and i explaind to them whats going on but they still keep calling. So im not keeping my hopes up as i dont think nothing will come of this.
Best of luck roversdelight. Hope it goes well for you and your wife.

Hi roversdelight, welcome to the forum, good luck for tomorrow, fingers and everything else is crossed for you
Lloyds TSB are one of the more persistent creditors, they plagued hubby with calls four months into the IVA so don't expect it to stop instantly that the meeting is held.

Sorry...when I said the system is flawed I meant that it seems a shame that one awkward creditor can ruin the whole thing for the debtor and the rest of the creditors also. IMHO the system would be much improved if the SIVA had been introduced.
