I hope that you get your proposal really quickly. Once that is sent back to your IP, it's all systmes go with the creditors meeting. Hope you hear soon. I will keep everyone posted once I have heard the outcome from our meeting, fingers crossed.

I had 8 creditors, who voted as below:

The following creditors voted in favour of the Proposal:
Halifax Plc / HBOS at The Insolvency Exchange
Co-operative Bank plc / Grant Thornton - IVA Watch (for voting
purposes only) (with modifications)
Halifax Plc / HBOS at The Insolvency Exchange (with modifications)
Halifax Plc / HBOS at The Insolvency Exchange
Bank of Scotland / HBOS at The Insolvency Exchange
MBNA Cards IVA / MBNA EBL (with modifications)

76.24 % of the total value of the creditors present in person or by proxy and voting on the proposals.

The following creditors voted against the Proposal:
Student Loans IVA / Student Loans Company

23.76 % of the total value of the creditors present in person or by proxy and voting on the proposals.
I owe, I owe, - so off to work I go...

It seems like mine is one of the most 10 on my own that makes me feel really quite bad

HA!!! I think its in the region of 15 creditors that we owe between us so don't feel bad!

I have 8 creditors with 13 lines of credit. One creditor didn`t vote, the rest accepted with minor modifications except one who wanted further modifications which were refused as their vote wasn`t needed to carry the proposal.

Our first vote came in today, accepted but want us to pay £150 more a month and we owe them less than anyone, is this normal? Meeting Thursday.

Student loans are excluded from IVAs now so won't have a vote.

Sadone, some companies do ask for more money but that seems an excessive amount. Do you know where you are supposed to get this extra money from?

We dont know we havent really gone over our allowances much maybe one or two things we were a bit over estimate but nothing excessive, we still have a lot of votes to come in so time will tell I suppose [:(]

Meant to say that the student loan answer was for Nicola.

Hopefully sadone, you will get enough positive votes so that this one can be overriden.

Does it mean they want more in the £ back and that will mean that it will benefit all the creditors? Our offer was 68p in the pound which our IP thought was really good.
