i have been sucessful in claiming back some ppi charges totlaing approx £2.5k.do i have to pay it into my IVA?

Hi Welcome to the forum,
I believe this would be classed as a windfall and would need to be paid in, some windfall clauses have a £500 clause that anything over that needs to be paid, mine doesn't I have to pay everything over, check your chairman's report / proposal which should give details.

I claimed back a load of money. Never actually saw any of it though as they just knocked it off my balance. Still it meant less was needed for my F&F, and I felt a lot happier at getting my own back at the bank!

Let your IP know that you have claimed the ppi. Do you actually have the money in hand or are you waiting for it to come?
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Have you actually received the money from the creditor? If so, then it must be a windfall and you will need to hand the money over to your IP for the benefit of the other creditors.
