First of all i would like to say hi to you all and im glad i found this forum,But there is someting that really worries me.Today 30th of july i was suppose to have my creditors meeting but no creditor gave a reply, I was told that it would be chased up and i should hear by tuesday what the outcome would be, Im so worried they would say no as i have canceled all of my direct debits. Please could someone give me some advice many thanks
This is very unusual - why didn't your IP ring around to chase up some votes? Creditors do seem to be a little slow voting at the moment - perhaps they are overstretched due to the holidau period - but I do hope that this will be sorted out for you by early next week.
Sorry to hear of your problems and I don't think I have ever heard of no votes being cast before.

My creditors are sainsburys bank, liyods tsb overdraft loan and credit card, and santander.I cant understand why they didnt vote but then saying that santander did call me demanding money i told them about the iva and they said they have a backlog of paperwork from freeman jones to get though but would that stop anything.
