I have to say that I've not heard of them. Have you checked on iva.com to see if there is anything about them on there?

Having had a quick look I can't find them listed, maybe one of our other posters or a professional will know of them? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I can't find anything about them. Are they actually proposing your IVA or will they be passing your information to an IP?

I agree with Andy and you should expect something along a 6-8 week timeline unless you have anything complicated.

i think andy would agree, ive been very stressed whilst getting all my documents to VB over the last few weeks plus deflecting all the creditor calls- its a relief that things will start moving next week!

My IVA is with Liberta and I can only praise Liz for her total support and professional approach before and after setting up my IVA. I read on here a lot that people struggle to speak to their IP's. Right from the start I have been able to get in touch with her by either phone or email and all my questions/queries no matter how small or stupid have been answered very quickly. I hope you have the same relationship with her as I have.

Good luck, im sure your IVA will be approved and you can start to enjoy life.

x

Liz is lovely, and extremely hardworking. I meet her from time to time at conferences and the like, and can say that you are in very safe hands.

If she works in the same way as my firm, you will be contacted as soon as the proposal is drafted by the staff member working on the file, who will want to check the accuracy of the information with you, and then shortly afterwards by the IP directly who will want to run through the decisions you have made and be confident that the propsal you are putting forward is reasonable and achievable.

I am sure that you will hear from them in the meantime as well, if they have queries to follow up with you.
