These conversations are between myself and my case officer who has changed recently. Before the change I had no problems.
6 months down, 66 to go to freedom from £75,000 debt!!

How frustrating, your questions aren't being answered, do contact your IP as advised by Jan and hopefully s/he will answer you directly. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Phone call (finally!!) from Payplan.

They say that because the tax credits payments are made to myself and my partner (jointly) there is a joint several liability. HMRC have calculated the total they will receive from the IVA (approx £1200, taken that from the total overpayment of £5400, and requested my partner pay the remainder (approx £4200) until paid off - works out about 7 years?!! Not good news!

That is correct - I don't think that we were aware that your partner was not also in an IVA.
