In august last year we had the joy of being in a postion to make an offer to settle our iva. the offer was accepted. it has been eight months now and we still have not recived our certificate of due completion.we were told this could take three months, are we just being impatient or is this a standard time. to be honest we keep ringing up and are told it is one of the creditors who have not replied they are waiting on them.

If your F&F was accepted, and you have paid the money across then you should have your certificate.

Have you checked the Insolvency Register to see if you are still on there?

Not sure why they should be waiting for one of the creditors after all this time, hopefully one of the professionals can come along and help.

What company are you with?

If a creditor has not provided a proof of debt it is a straightforward move to exclude that creditor and divide their share among everyone else. This seems way too long and speak to your IP.

You're with Blair Endersby aren't you?

Hopefully their poster on here will pick up on this thread.

I just looked back at some of your old posts!

I do hope that they will pick up on this tomorrow. You shouldn't still be hanging around now waiting for it to be sorted.
