Hi
yet again thank you for your kind replys, the answer to melanies question in short i never spoke directly to ip i felt that people would think i was going over their heads and i always felt nervous when dealing with them. i am going to reply to the post from Blair Endersby with the hope of talking direct to ip you never know they may have a solution or they may be able to help with details they hold on file for bankruptcy because i no longer have any original paperwork because when my relationship with my ex-partner broke down (i was living in manchester) she at first would not give me access to documentation and then knowing it would make life more difficult for me destroyed it all so i now do not know account numbers etc of creditors i have some information from experian but thats all.
regards
david.

David - insist that you do speak to the IP. This is your right as a paying client, and there is nothing better than getting a decision from the horse's mouth.

Hi David
Sorry just catching up, I do hope things get sorted for you. BE customer services have improved since the start of my IVA & hopefully your account manager will be in contact with you to review your situation.
I had an change in circumstances n was very worried about it & after chatting on here Be contacted me through here n I replied to there link. I got a very quick response & my account manager was brilliant & very understanding.
If for any reason you feel as though your hanging around for them, send them an email through the link they posted on this topic & refer to chatting on here regarding your situation.
Good luck again n let us know how you get on.
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X
