when i tried to get on last night, i had a threat come up that my pc was infected with Trojans and worms, i pannicked and clicked on the icon to scan and remove, boyyyyyyyyy did i do the wrong thing, whatever it was connected to different areas of my pc, i couldnot get it off, in the end i couldn't use my pc anymore.
Well today i got my instruction book out, and followed the return to factory settings using safemode, and yes it worked, i lost a lot of documents, but am now ok, i was afraid to try and log on but aqll is ok.
my husband said the program that got me came up on his, but he just closed it down, i just pannicked..
but alls well that ends well, but what a stressful and time consuming afair.
