I was wondering if someone could let me know how long it will take for me to hear from my iva company re a full and final. The meeting was for 11am this morning and yes i know it is only 11.40am but i wondered if anyone could let me know as to when i may hear from them.

Hi Dude
I would expect a call anytime around now. There may be some paperwork to do surrounding the meeting or it may even have gone on longer then expected. If you hanvent heard anything by midday, I would give your IVA provider a call.

Thanks

Hi Dude,

I think it will vary from company to company.

I do understand how nerve wracking it is, but if you haven't heard anything just after 12, I'd give them a call to ask.

Pretty dreadful that you have not been given a definitive answer one way or the other - even if the decision was to ajourn the meeting. Which firm are handling your case?

Hi just an update i got a phone call at 6pm last night to say that only 2 voted but they both voted yes to a full and final as to what i have already paid. My situation was that my iva was extended by 18 months due to variations from Dec 09 ( that is when the five years finished ) but due to my second job finishing ( which was funding the iva ) i could not carry on paying it so i asked for a full and final as to what i have already paid in which worked out to 12p in the £. So after 5 years it has finally ended.
