A very old friend of mine is acting as her Trustee in bankrutpcy, and trust me she will not be getting away with anything she is not entitled to.

Don't believe everything you read in the press!!

It just annoys me how she always looks as though she hasn't got a care in the world - I'd be mortified if I'd had a suspended discharge!

Also, if I earned the sort of money that she does I'd have paid off the tax bill!

Unfortunately the pictures do nothing to dispel the idea that some people have that BR is the easy option.

I don't think suspended discharge means much to most people Skip. After all the sanctions are pretty tame!

True! I'd just be ashamed that I hadn't complied, but that's just me!

I'm not knocking anyone, I just happen to think that she gives ammunition to people who think that BR is easy (which it isn't), and I'm sure that she could afford to pay her debts if she really wanted to - she's been on TV enough!

I've never built her up as I've never liked her anyway!

I don't think Kerry helps herself and I never slate anyone when others have an opinion but Skippy raised a valid point in respect of the car situation.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I totally agree - she is not showing any kind of sorrow in my opinion and rubbing people's noses in it - I don't think she should be allowed to drive around in that car - if it is leased then she can afford to be making a monthly payment and she should be driving around in a old banger like most of us are who are trying pay off our debts with our heads held high !

I never built her up either, and I'm afraid I'm of the opinion she has brought all of this upon herself.

I've never liked her either, but I would never defend anyone who is obviously not bothered about finishing her BR.

We are all entitled to our opinions Gavin.

Hi
I was interested in the Grant Bovey case. His wife, Anthea Turner owns a six million pound house that they live in etc, surely he has some beneficial interest in that ?

That's what I thought. Their argument seems to be that they sold the previous house (the poor loves had to downsize!) and she bought the new one. If that's the case, what happened to the money from the sale, and if it paid for the new property then I don't see how they can argue that he hasn't got a beneficial interest.

The bit that made me laugh was that he's humiliated that he can't be a company director for a year - as that was apparently the 9th company that he's been involved with to hit problems, I would think that could only be a good thing!
