I am on cloud nine in seventh heaven......We are totally debt free barring mortgage payments and ordinary bills....all thanks to Susan Clay at the iva bureau... cannot thank her and any of the staff that worked on our case...Gareth and anyone else... A big thankyou from 'sunny' Manchester.

I now realise how hard I.P.s work and Susan shown empathic concern towards our circumstances which was refreshing because it shows it's not all about number crunching.

I will make sure that this post is brought to Sue's personal attention. She is quite frankly an outstanding practitioner, who has worked extremely hard on this particular case, and I am very pleased that you now have the result you desire.

At the IVA Advice Bureau, we make no apologies for the length of time some cases take to process - this is directly related to our high acceptance rates and much higher than average retention rates.

I'm sure some cases take longer than others Melanie...but at the end of the day, you and your fellow colleagues invest your time and expertise to ensure a positive outcome. patience is a virtue springs to mind!
