Synergi no longer do IVAs. All their clients have been taken over by Clear Debt i believe so i assume they will be intouch in due course.
Keep paying your IVA because unless you have been told then nothing will change.

clear debt did take over synergi .... our iva is with synergi . the only time we hear from them is round annual review time when they send out all the paperwork .. we have had no problems at all with synergi , in fact they have been great . we start yr 6 this year

A lot of IVAs run over six years these days.

It can be either - but the add on can only with the approval of creditors.

Was your overtime money over the 10% 50/50 threshold? If so, then you may be required to pay some across. If not, then it is yours to keep.

Even though you paid the plumber cash in hand, you should have got some sort of receipt to show your IP that you have had this work done.

Techically possibly - but very doubtful as I imagine the bill was not too high. Speak to your IP as soon as you can to explain what has happened and to see what they advice. At worst you will probably be required to repay the money at the end of the IVA.

the bill was £395...plus i've had to work over time for vets bills but i have proof of them.
i have other bills such as home insurance and mortgage protection that were never added to my expenditure list, will they take this into consideration when askin for the overtime money to be paid back?

You should fund these sort of bills from your share of any overtime earned before you dip into the creditors share - which should be paid over within 14 days of receipt.

We cannot advise you here as to specific things on your case, so please contact your IP as soon as possible to set your mind at rest.
