There is nothing to stop you making a second application - especially if you can demonstrate that your fortunes have turned for the better. I am often asked to look at this type of proposal, and have never had one turned down by creditors - so give it a go if you feel it is still the right solution for you - and well done for wanting to have another go.
Give one of our experts a ring and see if they can sort you out with a fresh application.

Assumedly, there was a sound reason why the IVA failed, such as loss of income, change in circumstances etc. As long as you can ably demonstrate that those circumstances have now changed back for the better and an IVA is fully affordable and sustainable then I would certainly agree that there is nothing to stop you having another crack at it.
Regards.

Good luck, and keep us informed as to how the application is going if you decide to go ahead with it.

Thankyou for your help.My iva faid when my wife hade a breakdown.I am on better money now .Is there a firm that you dont have to pay for you going into an iva
There is nothing for you to pay up front until your IVA is accepted by creditors. Some firms (mine included) may ask for your first payment to be made when the documents are signed, but this is not mandatory and legally your first payment can be made at any time up to the end of the first month following acceptance.
As I didn't have a debit card or cheque book, my first payment was made after approval via a standing order.

Well you won't know unless you try! And so long as the reasons for the failure of the first IVA are reasonabe, and properly explained by your new IP, I cannot see that there would be a problem - I have certainly done this in the past for other clients.
