I have 36 months left at £496 per month (£17,856)....i have a couple of questions please
1) Can i move my payment date from 28th of each month to the last day of the month or 1st etc? I get paid by cheque on last Thursday or 28th you see so things are always tight.

2) With my balance being £17,856 what would you say is a reasonable final offer figure if I had 3rd party support?

Thanks for your time

Mark

Hi Mark, no problem moving your payment as long as the payment goes out in the same month, quite easy to do if you have SO but if it is DD then your IP will have to do it from their end.

F&F I guess need to be as close to the final dividend as possible but it may be possible to offer a little less given that the creditors will be receiving their money much earlier.

You should ask your IP if they can give you an idea of a settlement figure, but as Fox84 rightly points out - the closer you get to the original dividend, the better your chances are likely to be.
