I agree - Declan is one of the few from other companies who has not fallen by the wayside and he has taken some stick along the way.

They are all there to help us in our hour of need and they work hard in their day jobs and then come on here in their spare time.

All of the professionals give good advice and this forum would be nothing without them.

Melanie and all of the other professional experts who post on here do a great job and give good unbiased advice - let's hope they all stick around for many years to come.

I agree, all the professionals on here are fantastic.

My thanks, in particular, go to Melanie - who is not my IP - who answered many specific questions for me in the run up to my (successful) F&F settlement. Top notch, impartial advice, often at silly 'o' clock in the morning - where else can you get that paid for, let alone for free and in her own time?

We are delighted to have the privelege to be part of this forum, and to use our own skills to help not just our own clients but all forum members in need of help and guidance. Our time costs nothing, but I am glad to know that it can be helpful to others who may not have direct access to their own IPs - which for the life of me I do not understand.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Good to see the IP's getting some well earned praise.

Melanie as you are aware you have changed my life, put me back on the straight and narrow to debt freedom and and all within around 9 weeks...start to acceptance. Had it not been for you and the team I would be looking at a bleak Xmas and an even bleaker future. Cant thank you enough...I NOW HAVE A FUTURE AGAIN!
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!

Last Saturday at the FF Christmas Party, we saw Melanie for 10 mins, (hubby and I) put out minds at rest and talked impartially about our options, really put things into perspective for us and we've felt better all week! Thank you Melanie x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I think it is excellent that so many professionals give up their spare time to post on the forum. I've had the priviledge of meeting two or three of them and they are lovely people and all go the extra mile, even for clients who aren't theirs.

This forum would be a poorer place without them.
