Hello - I am two payments off completing my IVA and am just curious about a couple of things. Not that I'm looking forward to it or anything!!!

Will I be asked to send off my payslips to my IP for the last year as I have done for the last four years? They have a few from this year already due to my being made redundant, temping for a while and starting a new job late last year/early this year. Also, will I get all the payslips I have sent off over he last four years back? I know I don't need them as I have absolutely no intention of looking for credit - if this process has taught me one thing, it's if I don't have the money, I can't have it! And guess what? Not having that extra pair of shoes etc, doesn't actually kill me.... it was a painful lesson, but a useful one.

I have approached my IP twice this year to increase my payments voluntarily as I realised I was coping and could manage a bit more and am really anxious to pay back as much as I can, so I hope there will be no problems, but is there a chance they might think I've not paid enough and extend my IVA? I started off paying £500 per month and am now paying £680 per month.

That's it really. Not massively important questions, just my "wonderings".

Thank you.

Julie [:)]

You may have to supply wage slips to see if you complied with any overtime or bonus modification but that should not be a problem and I am sure your IP would be delighted in returning the ones you have sent for the last four and a bit years. Many congratulations and roll on January.

No fear of not having paid over any overtime or bonuses as I get neither! Come on January 2010! Thanks for your reply, Michael. It is much appreciated.

well done Jes for getting this far and i look forward to the day when i too am nearing that light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck to you in the future and as Michael's people says don't worry if you have not done any overtime or been in receipt of any bonuses then you have nothing to worry about. Take care and be safe.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

jes well done for coming this far.

Michael I send in payslips every 3 months, do all IP's return these to the client upon completion? I do normally keep all of mine and have some bank statements dating back to when I was shall we say a lot younger!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We very rarely are ever asked to return wage-slips Lesley, but if you need yours back they are all safely filed away in my electronic filing system - so we can send them back to you if you like.
