I have sent all my documents to B&E and am now awaiting a consultation by phone. I have heard that Lloyds TSB do not tend to accept IVAS, is this true or do I have a chance? What happens if they dont accept the agreement, am I back to struggling each month? Thanks, Russ
I'm with BE and had Lloyds as a creditor and the IVA was approved with no alterations. I'm pretty sure Lloyds didn't even vote acually. As Lesley said, your IP wouldn't put a proposal through that they didn't think stood a good chance.
The agency that vote for Lloyds have their criteria as do all creditors/agents. Provided the IVA complies with the criteria there is no reason for the IVA to be rejected and indeed BE would almost certainly not propose one under such circumstances.
Lloyds said no to mine, but it was only just over £2.5k against a debt of £80+k.
I don't think you will have a problem at all.

There's a handy wee tool which I noticed over to the right yesterday where people have put what their creditors voted, it's quite interesting when in pre-IVA. More people should put their info in there, I'll defo put mine in there when accepted.
What I have learned from this site is beleive in your IP.....did you hear this about Lloyds TSB from your IP or just what you gathered from the net?
