It shouldn't do - but clearly we cannot promise that it won't. Why do you want to keep the IVA from your brother?

Its just one of those things I don't want him to know. What are the chances that my iva will come on his credit report and will its going to effect him in any way.
Many Thanks

It was always the case that if you applied for your credit file you would receive the details of everyone living in the household but I am not sure if this is still policy.

It is possible that his credit file could be temporarily damaged if some of your info is on it and he would then find out if he checked to see why. He could disassociate himself from you and tidy up his his credit file but he would find out about your IVA. Hopefully, your adverse credit will not show on his file and you are worrying over nothing.

Michael, when I applied for my credit files the only information on them was mine, so it looks as though that has changed.

Thanks Skippy. I knew they had talked about it for some time and hopefully that is now policy.
