AFTER APPEARING IN COURT AND HAVING A COURT ORDER SUSPENDED FOR CAR REPOSSESION UNTIL THE 4TH OF AUGUST I AM UNABLE TO FIND THE £2000 AREARS DUE TO MONIES OWED TO ME.IHAVE NO ALTERNATIVE TO HAND THE CAR BACK.WHAT HAPPENS NOW? AND HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE THE BALIFES COME FOR COLLECTION? ALSO WOULD IT BE BETTER TO TAKE IT TO THEM RATHER THAN INCUE MORE COSTS.

You can call the creditor to arrange for delivery of or collection of the vehicle.
If the vehicle is collected the charge will be dependent on what the agent charges (not normally a bailiff) - usually between £150 - £200 but can be more.
The lender will sell the vehicle at auction as is and you will be liable for the shortfall between the sale price of the vehicle and the total contractual amount plus costs - this then becomes an unsecured debt.
