hi poppyfairy, sorry to direct this at you but i am looking for yet again more advice on what to do or at least the 1st steps into going for br. me & my wife are obviously worried & not sure how to get this started. she has been there before but i dont think it was direct to do with her it was her x husband. now the questions are how to get started, what to do with bank aqccounts as we have now opened up joint account with co.op. if we started not to pay the mortgage & other bills except of course gas electric etc? wehat would happen. also if you cant find the money for br what do you do as the reason in the 1st place for br is no money so how can they expect you to find almost £1000 & i beleive that you cant do joint br. you may not know the answers to all of this but i know you have been through the process & would like to know how it works. any advice would be greatfull. very kind regards.
