Let's hope that a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush. I generally find that creditors tend to agree with that view also, so I will also add my best wishes as well.

Oh well, just to update you, I have my new FFS creditors meeting on the 26th June, please god, let them accept the 2p difference!

I have a week to go before my second FFS meeting. I hope the creditors agree the proposal, as it was through no fault of our own, and errors on the IP's side that has put me back in this position. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to go through this.

Hi, Just a quick update to let you know that on friday my FFS was accepted (for the second time) so providing BE has included everything this time, it looks like my relationship with them is over and better still, I am out of my IVA!!!! Yay!!!! As said last time, thank you all for your support and kind words to me, when I was at my lowest x Good luck everyone else in the biggest learning curve of your life!

Thanks, its been complicated but hopefully its over and done with. Just not sure what happens next. Do i wait for final letter, or certificate. Do i wait my 5 years, before rebuilding my credit, not that I ever really want it again, its what got me in this mess in the first place. Do i have to do anything at all? not sure?
