Just a quick question (probably a stupid one, but here goes), I was in an iva for 2 years,had to let it fail cos husband lost his job so now bankrupt,had a letter from iva co saying I owe them £1,500(50% 0f extra earnings) I don't have to pay it do I.
If your IVA has failed, and you are now bankrupt then personally I don't think you are liable for these charges.
Hopefully one of the professionals will be along to advise further.

The IVA will have terminated upon the making of the bankruptcy order - so you will not have to pay over this money to the Supervisor. If you do have this money in a bank account it would be captured under the bankruptcy in any case.
