Hello

I was just wondering if any one had the general e-mail address for Blair Endersby that they sometimes post on the forum.

I am going to contact them to ask for a F & F figure, is it a matter of just asking them what the figure would be? How long would you expect them to take in coming back to me? Just so I can be prepared.

Thanks

xx

It's not on their experts bit - maybe if you visit the website there is one on there?

You could try emailing your IP direct via this link

I don't know to be honest. Have you tried phoning them first to see what they say?

I know it seems silly but i dont want to phone as i always get through to the call centre staff and they are never very helpful and it always takes me about 5 phone calls until i get hold of the right person... then just get stressed

Your IP should be completely prepared to deal with any queries you may have regarding your voluntary arrangement. If they need to delegate the duty they will do, but there is nothing to stop you e-mailing them directly - indeed I would actively encourage it.
