Our joint (my wife and I )annual pay rise (wage and pension) comes to 56 pounds net. Can anyone tell me how much of this will be required by the IP by any chance I am waiting for my pay slip to send in and ask their advice?

It is unlikely anything will be taken as basic cost of living increases to council tax, heat & light and food would wipe out that amount. Fill in the new I&E and increase the various allowances until the £56 is fully allocated.

You should be truthful about your actual expenditure, and base the figures upon historic experiences as well as what you project you are likely to spend in the future.
