When I was late for my MBNA CC payment (last month) it was RMA that contacted me. A similar text and then a very polite letter saying that 'as I was a valued customer it was probably just an oversight that I had missed the payment.' Maybe Aegis have now taken over from RMA.
we are constantly getting phone calls of Lloyds TSB, we advise we are going down the IVA route and give them the details and they promise to put a note on the account and they won't ring for 14 days. Surprisingly they get confused with 14 days and ring back after 14 minutes. I am thinking of getting a whistle and blowing it loudly down the phone, is this an acceptable way to deal with these people.
