Hi Ray, just had a call about my email that I sent. I have been told that as I was told on the phone that no further charges will be given then once my creditors meeting has taken place then I will recive no charges and will not have to include them on the BR. The calls were recorded so they listened to what I was told.

Thanks Blair Endersby for your quick reply.

I can relax a little now as this was really getting me worried.

yeah thanks for both your help to. these last 6 or so weeks have been the worst of our lives. I just with our BR hearing was today so could start to put all this behind us, only 5 weeks to go. I cant thank this site enough for the help and information and the bankruptcy.org.uk site. I dont know how I could of coped without it. I have been pretending that everything will be ok to my wife and that I can sort everything but I did not have a clue. would not of managed without these sites. feel silly now im a 16st big bloke sitting here crying whilst i type. i cant thank you all enough.
