Great news Trev. You can stand tall when on the phone to creditors and almost start to enjoy it when someone starts prattling on and then you get to say "but my iva has been accepted" and then blow the biggest raspberry you can down the phoneline at them!!!

The road the debt freedom has just begun
Good luck with the IVA.

Hi, all.[8D]

Thank you for the replies.

When I got home from work last night, I phoned up my creditors - which makes a change from them phoning me [:D] - and made a point of telling them that my IVA had been accepted.

"That's OK...we'll update our system with that. If you receive any correspondence from us, just ignore it." was basically the answer from each of them

It probably wasn't necessary for me to phone them, but it left me with a warm glow inside![:D]

Well done Trev, I must admit I let my IP do all the work but full credit to you for contacting them to make the point [:D]

I was the same as you Ray.

Good on you Trev for taking the bull by the horns!
