Melanie/David - thanks for your offer of help - I shall let you know if that is ok.

Emailed them today proposing a 6 month payment break starting at the end of January (to cover the dead car issue) and to re-contact them at the May with our revised I&E. They said they will draft a proposal to put our Creditors and we have to wait and see whether they accept it bearing in mind there is no guarantee that in 6 months we will be able continue making payments so it's a case of what this space and hope for the best.

Fingers crossed they accpet it then at least we've got 6 months top focus on getting the car back on the road and getting to grips with nipper!!!
