My bankruptcy forms are nearly complete, all I need is to wait for pay day next week and I'll have the rest of my £500 fee. Still hoping to win the lottery on Saturday though so I don't have to go though with it!!

Does anyone know how long it takes to all go though once you have handed the forms in?

hi handed mine in on tues 9 am clerk checked them paid fee then arranged time for telephone interview next friday 25th it took about 30 mins alltogether. br paper signed by the judge arrived in post yesterday didnt have to see him though x

We went to court on the morning, luckily at our local county court you don't need to book an appointment and we were declared br within 3hrs. Heard from the OR within 48hrs, they rang hubby but not me. Interview within a week. I think it just depends on how many of us there are to deal with....

I got to the court at 8.15 (an hour early!), was seen by the clerk at 9am, declared BR by the judge at 10.15 and was back at work by 11.45. I heard from the OR the next day and had my interview nearly a fortnight later due to Easter.
